 Dina Garcia-Hinojosa is a Special Education consultant for the Center of Teaching and Learning at the Education Service Center, Region 2. She received her Bachelor’s degree in 1995 and her Master’s Degree in Special Education in 2004 from Texas A & M University in Kingsville. Dina has taught in many grade levels in her 12 years of experience and as a diagnostician for 3 years, in which, her assessments focused on children from early childhood to 6th grade.

Cyndi Vela has been with the Education Service Center Region 2 as an administrative assistant since 2005. Her time at the Center for Teaching & Learning has been spent working directly with consultants in quite a few areas of Special Education. Cyndi will present an affluence of knowledge and consistency to the State Autism Conference.
